Epson Warranty Diagnosis & Repair

If your Epson printer develops a fault within the warranty period, we will examine the product and determine the possible cause. Fault diagnosis is free of charge.

In some cases, the diagnostic process may not be completed immediately and you may be asked to leave your printer with us. We will contact you directly to advise on the next steps.

Repair

Where possible, your existing printer will be repaired under the terms of your Epson warranty.

Replacement (If Required)

If the printer cannot be repaired, Epson will supply a Quality Assured replacement unit of the same model.

Please note:
  • The replacement is not a brand-new machine
  • Only the base unit is supplied
  • Retain all accessories including cables, ink cartridges, trays and software
  • The remaining balance of your warranty transfers to the replacement unit
Replacement units are typically dispatched within five working days (stock dependent). Delivery is available to UK mainland and selected UK regions including Northern Ireland and UK islands.

Yes. Please bring proof of purchase so we can confirm the printer is within its warranty period.

Is fault diagnosis free?

Yes. Diagnosis for in-warranty Epson printers is free of charge unless we have to use consumables to diagnose faults, which will be quoted prior to works being carried out.

Will I receive a brand-new printer if mine cannot be repaired?

No. Epson supplies a Quality Assured replacement unit of the same model. The remaining warranty period transfers to the replacement.

Do I need to bring cables and accessories?

No. Only the base unit is replaced. Please retain all cables, trays, ink cartridges and other accessories.

How long does the replacement process take?

For in-stock products, replacement is typically arranged within five working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
