Bring your in warranty Epson printer into our Epson Express Centre, Canvey Island with a copy of your purchase receipt and we will arrange the repair or replacement. At Hometech Centre, we also stock a wide range of Epson printer inks. This allows you to get the most out of your printer.

Please bring along your printer to Hometech Centre and we can inspect your fault, we will either attempt to carry out an on the spot repair or arrange for a replacement to be sent to an address convenient for you.

In the case that your product develops a fault within the warranty period, we’ll examine it for you and determine the possible cause. Diagnosing a faulty product is free of charge.

The fault diagnostic process may not be possible immediately and you may be requested to leave your product with us at Hometech Centre. We will then contact you directly to advise you of any action that needs to be taken.

When possible, your existing product will be repaired under the terms of your warranty.

In the case we are unable to fix the problem, a permanent replacement product will be supplied.

The replacement will be a Quality Assured unit of the same model, not a brand new machine. You will need to keep all accessories such as the leads, ink cartridges, paper support tray(s)and software CD(s). Just the basic unit will be swapped over.

Epson will send a replacement printer to us at Hometech Centre for collection within five working days. Alternatively, a replacement can be delivered directly to an address of your choice*. You will need to retain your current unit until it is exchanged for its replacement.

The remaining balance of the warranty will be transferred to the replacement unit.

*To an address on the UK mainland or an address in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man or Channel Islands. Your Epson product must be boxed and ready for collection at the same time as the delivery of the replacement unit. You must retain all cables, accessories and fitted options as only a base unit is supplied. The service is stock-dependent; for products that are in stock, delivery should normally be available to the UK mainland by within five working days. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or UK islands may take five working days or longer. We will notify you via SMS or email when the unit has been dispatched if you request this and supply your email address or mobile telephone number at the time of your visit.

Epson 12 Month Extended Warranty

Purchase a qualifying Epson printer from an Express Centre and you can extend your printer’s warranty for an extra 12 months when you purchase the corresponding multipack of ink.


The Promotion

1. Purchase a multipack ink from the list in the table shown in this document and on the promotion registration websites at the time of your purchase (the “Selected Products”) directly from an authorised Epson Express Centre between 1st September 2017 and 31st August 2019 (the “Qualifying Period”) and claim a free additional twelve (12) months warranty on your corresponding printer on the terms below.

2. The extended warranty applies to printers that are within the first twelve (12) months standard warranty, and will extend the standard warranty to a total of twenty-four (24) months. If your printer already has an extended warranty applied you will need to contact the Customer Care Team on 01442 227242 within sixty (60) days of the multipack ink purchase who may at their option extend your warranty by a further twelve (12) months. 3. All claims must be submitted within sixty (60) days of ink purchase and within the printer’s standard twelve (12) month warranty, otherwise your registration will be rejected and no extended warranty will be applicable.

4. The Promotion is open to persons aged 16 years and above who are residents of United Kingdom and is subject to a maximum of 2 claims per household. Only 1 claim may be made per Selected Product.

5. The Promotion is:

a. open to end user customers only. Claims for Selected Products purchased which will be resold to a third party are not eligible for this Promotion.

b. not open to Epson employees, agents, distributors, resellers, retail employees of participating stockists or anyone connected with the promotion.

c. not available on any second hand, refurbished or reconditioned stock.

How to Claim

6. Claim online by going to and completing the claim form and submitting it. You will be asked to provide your personal and purchase details.

7. Once a claim is received a confirmation or failure of warranty extension will be sent by email within thirty (30) days.


8. The Promoter reserves the right to request additional evidence to help validate a claim if it believes that it may not be legitimate.

9. A claim will not succeed if:

a. The Selected Product was not purchased within the Qualifying Period

b. The claim form was not completed in full

c. Proof of purchase was not provided

d. The claim was not submitted within 60 calendar days from the date of purchase

e. You have not complied with these terms and conditions

10. Personal data captured during the course of this Promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable local Data Protection Laws and Regulations and the Promoter’s privacy policy. You will be able at any time to require the Promoter to modify, update, clarify or remove this personal data by writing to the Promoter’s address.

11. The use of personal data by the Promoter may include informing you about the Promoter’s products, services, events or other information that might be of interest to you if you have given your prior consent for this use at the time of registration within the Promoter’s website. Each time you receive any promotional electronic communication you will have the opportunity to opt-out.


12. Promoter will not accept responsibility for lost claims. Promoter will reject claims received after the closing date and those which it reasonably considers to be incomplete, illegible or fraudulent.

13. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which you have purchased Selected Product and come under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14. By entering this promotion you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend them without notice in the event of any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
